LEKUMA   is  the  brain  child   of    two  Graduate  Nurses  MINSSAH ENAMA LOUIS PAUL & EPOLE AKUME   who   conceived   the  idea  of   LEKUMA  HEALTH  AGENCY  COMPANY LIMITED   in  October  2016 when  Schooling   as  Student   Nurses  at   Maflekumen University  Institute  Tiko .  The  idea  of  the  Company  stemmed  from the  global    Healthcare  workers  shortage   that    began in  1990s.  While  international  recruitment  companies   were   specialized  in bringing  foreign educated  nurses  in  developed   countries  ,  developing    countries   like  Cameroon  were  focusing   on  increasing   Health care  training  facilities   with  no  Specific professional   Health Care  Agency   to   serve  as   link  between  the  trained  Health care  worker   and  the  Employer   in  both  the  Government   and  Private  Sectors.  LEKUMA  was   therefore  legally   established/incorporated     on  August  04, 2022  to  serve   as  Link  between  the  Health care  worker/s and  the  Employer   both  at  the  National   and  International  Level.
